This Policy of personal data processing (hereinafter - "Privacy Policy") represents the rules, conditions and principles of processing by Limited Liability Company "Machine Parts" (hereinafter - "Operator") of personal data of users of the Website located in the Internet at the address: https://mgm-bearings.ru/ (hereinafter - "Website").

BASIC CONCEPTS AND TERMS

1.1 The Website is a set of programs for computers, mobile devices and other information contained in the information system, access to which is provided via the Internet at the address: https://mgm-bearings.ru/.

1.2. Website Content (hereinafter - "Content") - any information placed on the Website, in any format (graphic, text, photo, audio, video): about "Machine Parts" LLC, its location, about goods and their properties, terms of order, sale, purchase, other information provided by the Rules of distance selling of goods, approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 27.09.2007 № 612.

1.3 Personal Data Operator - a state body, municipal body, legal entity or individual, independently or jointly with other persons organizing and (or) carrying out processing of personal data, as well as determining the purposes of personal data processing, composition of personal data subject to processing, actions (operations) performed with personal data.

1.4 Personal data of the Website users (hereinafter referred to as "Personal Data") - any information posted on the Website, relating to a directly or indirectly defined or identifiable user of the Website and containing:

1.4.1. Personal Data that the user independently provides to the Operator.

1.4.2. Personal Data transmitted by the User to the Operator by means of software installed on the User's computer or mobile device.

1.5. Processing of Personal Data - any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) with Personal Data, performed with or without the use of automation tools, including: collection; recording; systematization; accumulation; storage; clarification (update, change); extraction; use; transfer (distribution, provision, access); depersonalization; blocking; deletion; destruction.

1.6 Confidentiality of Personal Data - a requirement mandatory for fulfillment by the person who has access to certain Personal Data not to transfer Personal Data to third parties without the consent of the holder of such Personal Data.

1.7. Operator of the Personal Data of the Website Users (hereinafter referred to as "Operator") - DETAILS MACHINES LLC, INN 5029249744, OGRN 1195081066399, registered at the address: 141006, Moscow region, Mytishchi, Rozhdestvenskaya Street, 11 Rozhdestvenskaya Street, apartment 636, being the owner of the Website.

1.8. User of the Website (hereinafter - "User") - any natural person using the Website for its direct purpose.

1.9. Parties - the Operator and the User jointly.

1.10. Cookie - a small text file stored on the User's computer or mobile device that is used to store the User's browsing preferences. During the first visit to the Site, this file is downloaded using a browser. The next time the Site is visited from the same device, the browser may check for a linked (i.e. containing the name of the Site) cookie and use the data from that cookie to send it back to the Site. GENERAL PROVISIONS

2.2 The Operator does not verify the authenticity of Personal Data.

4.4 Information about IP-addresses of Users is used by the Operator exclusively for identification and elimination of technical problems. 4.2. The content and scope of processed Personal Data correspond to the processing purposes specified in Section 5 of this Privacy Policy. The Personal Data collected and processed are not redundant in relation to the stated purposes of their processing.

PURPOSES OF COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

6.1 The User is obliged:

6.1.2. update and supplement their Personal Data in case of changes.

6.2 The User has the right:

6.2.1. Require the Operator to clarify his Personal Data, block or destroy it in case this Personal Data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or is not necessary for the stated purposes of processing, as well as to take measures provided by law to protect his rights;

6.2.2 Before making an Application or posting his/her Personal Data on the Website, notify the Operator of his/her disagreement to the processing of his/her Personal Data;

6.2.3 Inform the Operator about the wish to delete his/her Personal Data or withdraw his/her consent to their processing by sending a written notice to the Operator;

6.2.4 Appeal the actions or inaction of the Operator to the authorized body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects (Roskomnadzor) or in court, if there are suspicions that the Operator processes Personal Data in violation of the requirements of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" (hereinafter - the "Law No. 152-FZ") or otherwise violates his/her rights and freedoms;

6.2.5. use any other possibilities provided by the legislation to protect his/her Personal Data.

6.3 The Operator shall:

6.3.1 Use the User's Personal Data, exclusively for the purposes specified in Section 5 of this Privacy Policy;

6.3.2 Keep the Personal Data confidential, not to disclose it without prior written permission of the User, as well as not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose it by other possible means, except for cases provided for by this Privacy Policy and the current legislation of the Russian Federation;

6.3.3 Take precautionary measures for the confidentiality of Personal Data, in accordance with the order existing in the business turnover for the protection of information of this kind;

6.3.4 In case of unlawful actions, block Personal Data from the moment the User, his/her legal representative, or Roskomnadzor (for the period of inspection) requests it;

6.3.5. Destroy or anonymize Personal Data when the purposes of their collection and processing are achieved, or when the need to achieve such purposes disappears;

6.4. The Operator has the right to collect, systematize, accumulate, store, clarify (update, change), use, depersonalize, block, destroy, process using the main methods of such processing (storage, recording on electronic media and their storage, making lists, marking).

LEGAL BASIS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

7.1 When processing Personal Data, the Operator is guided by: the Law No. 152-FZ; Rules of distance selling of goods, approved by the Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 27.09.2007 No. 612; the present Privacy Policy, aimed at prevention and detection of violations of the legislation of the Russian Federation, elimination of consequences of such violations; Public offer on conclusion of the agreement on distance selling; User Agreement on the use of the Website.

PRINCIPLES OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

8.1 Processing of Personal Data is carried out by the Operator on the basis of the following principles: legality of the purposes and methods of Personal Data processing; good faith; compliance of the purposes of Personal Data processing with the purposes specified in Section 5 of this Privacy Policy, predetermined and declared during the collection of Personal Data, as well as with the powers of the Operator; compliance of the volume and nature of Personal Data processed, methods of Personal Data processing, with the purposes of Personal Data processing; inadmissibility of combining Personal Data processing with the purposes of the Operator's activity.

8.2 The User's consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and the processing of his/her Personal Data shall be deemed to have been received by the Operator from the moment the User fills in all fields of a particular feedback form, ticks the checkbox located inside the form and takes appropriate actions to send the said information to the Operator.

PROCEDURE AND CONDITIONS OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

9.1 Processing of Personal Data is carried out by the Operator in compliance with all principles, rules and conditions stipulated by the Law 152-FZ.

9.2 Processing of Personal Data is necessary to achieve the purposes provided for in Section 5 of this Privacy Policy.

9.3 When processing Personal Data in accordance with this Privacy Policy, the Operator shall strictly observe the following conditions and rules: Personal Data is not distributed; Personal Data is not provided to third parties without the User's consent, except as provided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

9.4 The storage of Personal Data is carried out by the Operator in a form that allows to identify the User, not longer than it is required to achieve the purposes specified in Section 5 of this Privacy Policy.

9.5 Personal Data is securely stored and protected.

9.6 Personal data shall be destroyed or anonymized upon achievement of the purposes of their collection, processing and/or in case of loss of necessity in achievement of the above purposes, unless otherwise provided for by federal laws.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA OF THE USER TO THIRD PARTIES

10.1 Confidentiality is guaranteed with regard to Personal Data, except for cases when Users voluntarily provide information to an unlimited number of persons for general access.

10.2 The Operator has the right to transfer Personal Data to third parties if: The User has expressed consent to such actions; it is necessary for the User's use of a certain service of the Site or for the fulfillment of an agreement or contract with the User; transfer of Personal Data is provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

10.3 In case of sale of the Site, all obligations to comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy in relation to the Personal Data received by the Buyer are transferred to the Buyer.

10.4 Processing of Personal Data is carried out by the Operator without limitation of its term, in any lawful way, with the use of automation means.

10.6 The Operator takes necessary organizational and technical measures to protect Personal Data from illegal or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as from other illegal actions of third parties.

10.7 The Parties shall take all necessary measures to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by the loss or disclosure of Personal Data.

10.8 Prior to commencement of trans-border transfer of Personal Data, the Operator shall make sure that the foreign state, to the territory of which the transfer of Personal Data is supposed to be carried out, ensures reliable protection of the rights of Personal Data subjects.

10.9 Trans-border transfer of personal data to the territories of foreign states that do not meet the above requirements may be carried out only in case of written consent of the personal data subject to the trans-border transfer of his/her personal data and/or fulfillment of the agreement to which the personal data subject is a party.

OPERATOR'S RESPONSIBILITY

11.1 In case of non-fulfillment of its obligations regulated by this Privacy Policy, the Operator shall be liable in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation for any damage caused to the User due to unauthorized use of Personal Data.

11.2 The Operator shall not be liable in case of loss or disclosure of Personal Data, if this information: became public domain before its loss or disclosure; received from a third party, before its receipt by the Operator; disclosed with the User's consent.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

12.1 The User is obliged to submit a written claim to the Operator before filing a lawsuit on a dispute arising from the Parties' disagreements.

12.2 Within 30 (Thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the claim, the Operator shall notify the User in writing of the results of its consideration.

12.3 If no agreement on the disputable issue is reached, the dispute shall be considered by the court in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

12.4. All provisions of this Privacy Policy are subject to the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

13.1. The current Privacy Policy is placed in unrestricted access on the Site.

13.2 The Operator has the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy without the User's consent. The new version of the Privacy Policy comes into force from the moment of its posting on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Privacy Policy. In case of identification of inaccuracies in personal data, the User may update them independently by contacting the Operator using the contact details posted on the Website.

13.3 The period of personal data processing is unlimited. The User may revoke his/her consent to the processing of personal data at any time by contacting the Operator using the contact details posted on the Website.
